Qualifying Oklahoma medicinal patients and/or their Caregivers are Soonercare/Medicare recipients below the age of 18, 65+, OR a member of the Armed Forces. The Patient Outreach Program Care Pack is a one time "gift" of Bison products to be purchased at a partnering dispensary for one cent; however, a patient may choose to reapply.
